The Natural History Museum and King Tut

We studied about King Tut (Tutankhamun) in History. Since, I'm in charge of all their History, I decided we should go see the exhibit on King Tut, at the Natural History Museum, in Balboa Park. We also explored the rest of the museum to learn about some prehistoric animals, from the dinosaurs to the Ice Age.

Mexican Restaurant

We all practiced our Spanish, while Avery and Mikaya served Miles, Coral, Curtis and me, some delicious Mexican food. The disaster in the kitchen showed the hard work they put into every dish they served!

Christmas 2014

Some cookies we made for the awesome gardeners and maintenance workers from our neighborhood.

We had so much fun this last Christmas. We enjoyed some "girl time" at the Nutcracker, while the guys got a tank ready for the new bearded dragon. We loved going to the Children's Discovery Museum, Cabrillo National Monument to see the tide pools, and to get pizza for lunch with everyone. Grandma Montelius also treated us to In-N-Out. The Mission Basilica San Diego de Alcalá was also a big hit. Mostly, we just enjoyed the time we had to be together!
